At Pop Up Parade Shop, we take pride in delivering premium anime figures to collectors worldwide. While we carefully inspect each figure before shipping, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags, certificates, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the collectible nature of our products, opened or unsealed figures cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes:
- Action Figures with removed packaging
- Bishoujo Figures with broken seals
- Scale Figures that have been displayed or removed from protective packaging
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include photos of the item(s) and packaging to help us process your request faster.
- Wait for Approval: Our anime-loving support team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection: We’ll inspect the returned item(s) upon arrival.
- Refund/Exchange: Upon approval, we’ll process your refund or ship the replacement.
Exchange Process
Want a different figure from our collection? Follow the same process as returns, but specify you’d like an exchange and include the product code of your desired item.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the item cost minus any original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your figure arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos clearly showing the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

International Returns
For collectors outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
