Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to serve our global collector community (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
2. Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in delivering mint-condition collectibles, but understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Please review our policy carefully.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your item
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- All original tags, certificates, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their collectible nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Action Figures with removed packaging
- Bishoujo Figures with broken seals
- Scale Figures that have been displayed or removed from protective packaging
Exceptions are made for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with subject “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”
- Provide Details: Include photos of the item(s) and packaging
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days
- Ship the Item: Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
- Inspection: We’ll inspect returned items upon arrival
- Resolution: Upon approval, we’ll process your refund or ship the replacement
Exchange Process
Want a different figure from our collection? Follow the same process as returns, but specify you’d like an exchange and include the product code of your desired item.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Refund Information
Once your return is approved:
- Timing: Processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: Item cost minus any original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)
Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your figure arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos clearly showing the damage
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For collectors outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
